The autobots decals are 58mm, the center caps are 60. I tried to figure it out with the internet instead of actually measuring it (or looking at the back of the caps which clearly show a diameter of 60).
Not my proudest moment , but no biggie. They were like $5, I already ordered new ones in the right size for another $7 or so.

oh man fuck it, I didn't even notice it was a decal. It looks like it fits fine and only when I look hard enough do I see the 2mm difference. No one is ever going to be as close to your wheels as you, I wouldn't worry about it.
